The absolute best prevention for pink eye is to wash your hands often, and don't touch your eyes!. Your dad should wash his hands very often too!.

Wash your hands frequently, and have him do the same if you can!. It gets passed by someone who has Pink Eye touching their eyes then touching something which you touch and then you touch your eyes!. A real problem for little kids, but I would think with older kids and adults it shouldn't be as much of a problem to contain!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
