It is most likely a panic attack. I had those for some time as well and it does feel similarly to a heart attack.

You can have them do an EKG and they can tell if you are/were having a heart attack.

Anything going on right now? With school? Personal life? Work?? It's best not to worry about this too much as it might just make the symptoms worse.
