Could this be Stomach Cancer i need a confirmation?
I had normal stools this afternoon but as soon as i ate Lasagne for dinner my stomach couldn't digest it i had cramps and felt like i was gonna have diarrhea and my stools came out one by one soft and it breaks into pieces abit brownish black
i wrote in my diary what are the thing my stomach can take like
Beans sprout
Lasagne beef
yogurt ice cream
dark chocolate
My Symptoms are
1)feeling full before i eat
2)Belching alot after a meal
3)cramps
4)alot of gas
5)feeling bloated
6)Pin poking
Stools are better when i eat
Rice, meat pork and noodles,fruits,biscuit,ice cream
Could this be Stomach Cancer i pretty scared as i only 25 and my future is in the balance with this.

It might not be as serious as you think. I don't want to lead you in the wrong direction but i think you might you might just have diarreah. You might bout 5 out 100 chance u have an olsar. Please don't take my answer seriously, im only 12. If not that you might have cancer-unlikely though. Cancer is a very very slow progressing disease. If had the same symptons of you. You might just have a virus or bacterial infection. Its comon now that alot of food has many different things you might not wana eat on it. Even if u do have cance it would just happen suddenly hope this helps and hope you feel better =[
