It sounds like you might have tinnitus, or ringing in the ears!. The other option is that you just have a greater hearing range than average!. Tell your parents and schedule an appointment with an audiologist!. They will test your hearing and let you know if the sound is a problem, or just an inconvenience!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's normal for people your age to be more sensitive to high-pitched sounds!. When you're younger, the eardrum is tighter!. As you get older, it loses its resilience and you can't hear high-pitched sounds as well anymore!. Probably the constant high-pitched sound you hear is a form of tinnitus (ringing in the ears), and the louder one which corresponds to times when the speaker is in use is actually you hearing some feedback from the speaker system!.

You should go to your doctor and ask them to refer you onto an ear throat and nose specialist and also an audiologistWww@Answer-Health@Com

There can be several reasons for this!. You need to be checked by an ear doctor!. Talk to your parents and teachers and tell them what you told us!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
