If a mentally handicapped person got bitten by a zombie. Would the zombie act more retarded than normal?

All the holier than thou people are amusing me, and annoying me too. I know that retards are people too, but not if they are zombies.

I would go with no. Brain function with the exception of basic survival instincts (i.e. feed) shuts down, and most mental handicaps affect higher brain function.

And why is it that people are taking offense to this question? It's not like it's intended to offend anyone. It's just a hypothetical question.
