Bad sunburn?
I was out at a lake on July 4th and forgot to put on any sunscreen. I have REALLY fair skin, so I obviously burn easily. It's been a few days now, so the pain and redness is almost completely gone. However in a few places where the burn was more severe, the skin is rough and pink. I'm just worried it's going to scar or something. When the pink part fades will it be tan like the rest of me, or will it be pale or just stay pink???
Answers:
It might peel but it will eventually fade and go back to your normal color. You may notice that you have more freackles in the areas that got really sunburnt though.
