Today I went to the gyno for my yearly exam and found out that I have genital warts!. I had my first acid treatment and have 3 more to go!. It had to be one of the most uncomfortable experiences ever!. I just wanna know a little bit about the virus!. My doctor told me I wont have it forever!.!.It can take anywhere from 7 weeks to 2 years for the virus to go away!. Burning off the warts is the first step!. Just wanna know if theres anything I should expect!. Any advice would be good!.!.!.Thank You!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

TReating the warts is not the same as treating the virus infection!. maybe your doctor means that you will not deal the warts forever but the hpv virus is a different story!. actually warts can go away without treatment but it may take up to 2 yrs to heal without doing about it!. acid treatment can cure the warts but i suggest do something about the virus!. Try wartrol its very effective in dealing HPV and genital warts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
As you have said, that acid treament is very uncomfortable, been there done that and your doctor is wrong, cause after my treament, I had an outbreak after 6 months so I tried wartrol, its very effective and has fast relief!. I think what he mean you won't have it forever is you won't need to deal with the warts forever!. You do have to deal with the virus though!. Don't stress out and live life happily and i'm sure you won't have anymore breakout later in life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
