Dear,I Have recently Tested as Herpes Simpler Virus IgG in Between 10-11.I have small Readness on my Foreskin of Penis,without Pain and itching.First when it comes to me Doctors gave me Antiboitcs which works,i used Antibiocs for 7 days which will solve the Problem.But after three months this Redness came again on my Forteskin.i change the Doctoer,he gave me test for HSV.Which is Positive.Now let me confirm is this Herpes Symtom is treatable,I have Marriage in next Month,how i control the Sex,what is the Diagnosis.Is this Diesese harmful.Doctor have given Zorivex tab.Pl tell me what i do to control this Diesese

A positive IgG result of 10-11 means that you may have been exposed to HSV. A stronger result would have yielded a number like >11. 10-11 looks equivocal, and I would hesitate to make a conclusion on that number alone. You didn't state which kind of HSV, and there are a lot of cross-reaction between strains of herpes viruses.
It would be best if your doctor cultured the red lesions when you get them so you can get a more conclusive result.
Nonetheless, if you have had red lesions AND you had a positive IgG, I would suspect true herpes infection. Do NOT use antibiotics on a herpes lesion. It will not work. The red lesions do go away after a few days. However, Zovirax (acyclovir) suppresses the herpes virus and should help prevent or at least alleviate future outbreaks.
You cannot cure herpes. You can treat it with drugs like Zovirax. You said you are marrying next month. You will need to inform your bride that you have herpes and take proper precautions. While condoms do not fully protect against herpes transmission, it is better than nothing. Use condoms if you are not trying to conceive. And if you are having an outbreak or feel one starting to erupt, you MUST refrain from sexual activity.
