Arthritis or carpal tunnel?
I've been having hand pain, fingers mostly. Loss of strengh when opening water bottles w/pain. My joints aren't swollen but it's both hands but my right hand more than the left. I'm 41 years old...could i have the beginning of arthritis? I'm on the computer about 10 hours a day at work and at home.

ive been told caral tunnel is a form of arthritis, could be both, i have the same problem, but mine comes & goes.
