Strange small bumps on face!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

i have small raised bumps on my cheek in one area and covering my forehead, that arent pimples, because they dont pop. when i wake up in the morning they are smooth but after a few hours they are back to being bumpy. anyways, i'd like to know what they are and how to get rid of them.PLEASE!

the bumps were there before i had breakfast so i dont think its whats in my food.
