I was just wondering if you know someone has crabs and they used some bed sheets, if you was them will they still be infected or do I just need to go buy some bed sheets?

Crabs (pubic lice) can indeed infest bedsheeds and lay eggs. They are considered an infestation rather than an infection.

Wash the bedsheets in the hottest water setting, on the longest wash setting, then dry for at least 20 minutes on the hottest setting.

The same applies to towels used by the infested individual. As pubic lice can spread to eyelashes, eyebrows, beards, mustaches, (hairy) legs, and to the scalp around the back of the neck, pillowcases and clothing should also be treated in a similar manner. If you really want to be particular, upholstery on furniture and in vehicles can be wiped with a hot wet cloth. Hairbrushes can be soaked in a very mild bleach solution.
