Question: Do I have asthma!? plz help!.!?

For a very long time I get these sudden "attacks" I get a lot of pressure in my chest and face and my heart pumps REALLY hard so I have to breathe faster!. This happens when I sit down too fast or just out of no where!. What do I have!?

Sounds like a panic attack!. There are medications you can take to eliminate these symptoms!. They can also wake you up!. I take Paxil!. You might also need a tranquilizer for when you just can't calm down!. See your dr!. and good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably have anxiety!. Asthma usually involves wheezing and can sometimes be dangerous if not treated right away!. Sometimes asthmatics can only find relief from their rescue inhalers!. Most likely your problem is anxiety related!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
