i think you have something called lesions !.!.!.if you go to the neutregena skin id website it shows different pictures of acne and has information on what really causes acne and tips to keep your skin clean and from experience dont pop the pimples because bacteria will get BACK into your skin and it will also leave scarring!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
