Is this just anxiety or something more serious?!

ive have like a weird feeling around my chest near my heart!.!.!.it doesn't hurt but it bothers me!.!.i never feel like its a stroke or a heart attack!.!.!. also i get numbness when this happens in my left shoulder and left bicep!.!.i went to the doctor a couple weeks before this first happened for another reason and he said i was in good health!.!.!.i have suffered from anxiety and depression in the past but i don't remember the symptoms!.!.!.ill eventually go to the doctor but i don't want to go if its just anxietyWww@Answer-Health@Com
