Im an ex smoker that just quit last month,Ive smoked 7 ciggies A day for 10 years!.Will my lungs ever be the same again,I exercise regulary and eat well and im 2yo,how long does it take for my lungs and body to fully repair after years of abouse of filthy ciggies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you only smoked 7 cigarettes a day you shouldn't worry all that much!. Lung tissue is some of the fastest healing in the body!. Your lungs should be good an new in 3 to 9 months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i know a friend whose been smoking for about little over 10 yrs and about half pack a day or less and they stopped smoking recently!. Her doctor told her that her lungs should fully be repaired in about 20 yrs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
