Question: Hair and scalp problem!.!?

ok so when i was 13 years old I had long hair since 12 and after cutting my hair and turning 13 i grew and after it grew out again, when i pulled my hair i could pull of a chunk and keep pulling as much as i wanted and it would hurt!. I'm 14 now and i got a haircut but have been getting them for awhile now and when my brother wrestles with me and pulls my hair, chunks come out and my scalp still doesn't hurt when doing that!. I take care of my scalp so whats the problem!?!. Thank you for help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
