Question: Is it possible to get AIDS twice!?

Any current reatments for HIV and AIDS are simply to "treat the symptom", and make the patient feel better!. There is NO CURE for HIV and/or AIDS!.
Hopefully, you are badly mistaken about the disease that you thought you had!. I hope you had something else, something that WAS curable, and not HIV (AIDS)!.
