Question: What could cause severe nausea and loose bowels!?
For the past several days I've had loose stools and since yesterday I've felt like vomiting!. I've also had really bad headaches, which have subsided!. I don't have a fever however I feel like I either really hot or really cold all the time!.

Food poisoning, flu, and many others!. If it gets better, your body is doing it's thing and you'll probably be fine!. Drink plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration and rest!.
If it doesn't go away in a day or two or gets worse, see a doctor!.
The exception that I know of, is if you've eaten exotic mushrooms very recently!. Symptoms for mushroom poisoning subside for some time and then come back worse later!. See "Destroying Angel" mushroom on google for details!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
