Mono is also known as the "kissing disease"!. I actually had it when I was only 6 and it's usually a young adults disease!. You generally run a fever, have a swollen spleen and liver, and I remember being so dizzy that I couldn't even walk to the bathroom!. You would be really sick more than likely!. I also think the glands in your neck would swell!. Typically, the doctor would put you on bed rest for a couple of weeks because you could make your liver or spleen rupture with too much activity and that could result in death!. So, go see a doctor ASAP to make sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This co-occurrence is not apparent in undeveloped countries, where poor sanitation and close living arrangements cause the causative virus to be spread at a much earlier age, when the disease is mild and seldom diagnosed!.
