Would my doctor be able to prescribe me an inhaler for running?!
Question: Would my doctor be able to prescribe me an inhaler for running!?
I just started to run again after 3 years of total laziness!. While running, I can breathe totally fine!. Its just AFTER I run, I couldn't breathe!. I was wheezing and coughing really bad and it went through the whole night!. I've been running everyday and my breathing has greatly increased, although I do still have some wheezing issues!.
If I explain this to my doctor, would he be able to prescribe be an inhaler just for running!?
And another question-when I'm running, the pulse in my neck is pulsating so hard, it actually hurts!. What is that from!? Why does it do that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You might have exercise induced asthma!. Your doctor can prescribe albuterol which you can use right before you exercise, and usually that will prevent you from having that reaction!. It's great that you started running!Www@Answer-Health@Com
