my dad uses tea with honey and lemon durring the day!. i use doses of dayquill and nighquill!. with lots of vitamine C, fluids and sleep!. i also have lots of soup, for some reason it seams to taste better when u have a cold!. your immune system is down so u will need to do something to boost it up again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
