Question: I have slight chest pain mostly just heavy feeling i take a 5mg valium for anxiety oer day!?
I DO EXCERSISE AT LEAST 3 TIMES PER WEEK I HAVE NO PAIN WHEN I EXERCISE USUALLY IT HELPS ME TO FEEL BETTER, I SLEEP USUALLY 7 HRS PER NIGHT IF I GET LESS SLEEP MY SYMPTOMS WORSEN , IM 43 AND MY DAD HAD A MASSIVE HEART ATTACK AT 63 AND DIED MY TRIGLISERIDEDS ARE HIGH AND I NEED TO LOSE 30 POUNDS BUT I HAVE A LOT OF MUSCLE I AM 5'3 I WEIGH 173 AND I WEAR A SIZE 12 PANTS AND MED SHIRTS!. I DO HAVE SOME CHEST PAIN AROUND MY PERIOD RIGHT BEFORE!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the exact same problem and was told that it is Anxxiety muscle Spasms, my doctor moved me up to 10mg Valium and I do alot better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
the chest pain may be a symptom of your anxiety!. Ask your doctor about Cardia!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
