I have bad dandruff? Help!?!
Question: I have bad dandruff!? Help!!?
I still get dandruff and i've tried head and shoulders and most probably every product on the market but nothing helps!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

before you shower scrub your scalp with 2 tablespoons (big ones) of apple non-alcoholic vinegar OR concentrated lemon juice, then use head and shoulders shampoo, works every time

keep using head and shoulders!.!. it pretty darn good and works instantly
remember though once you have dandruff you will have it for ever
as its a scalp fungal infection
you can only temporarly make it go away, until you need the next application
when you wash your hair !.!. apply cleansing lotion to the hair lining (with a cotton wool) and get rid of most of the obvious flaky areas
you can also go to the docs for medication BUT they will only give you shampoo, which takes about 3weeks to start to work and it stinks soooo bad
so i just stick with the head and shouldersWww@Answer-Health@Com

Actually, there is dandruff and there is Seborrheic dermatitis!. Either one can be treated with Neutrogena T-Gel!. I used to have the later of the two and began using T-Gel, now, I still use it about 3 times a week to control symptoms!. If you hair is not naturally oily, you can wash your hair every other day!. This helps your scalp retain moisture, maybe you just suffer from dry scalp!. However, I would DEFINITELY recommend T-Gel and you don't have too use much!. Shampoo with your regular shampoo first!. Then, use the T-Gel and let it sit while you wash up!. Then, rinse and follow with conditioner!. I also try not to focus my conditioner on the scalp because my ends and actual hair needs the treatment!. Try that!. Hopefully it works!

I know this sound weird but I have bad dandruff too !. I used to put lotion in my hair at the roots because dandruff occurs because your head is dry you need to rehydrate the skin on your head and then you should be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
