What are some of your OCD moments?!
Question: What are some of your OCD moments!?
I know that there are going to be people who get offended and say OCD is not something to joke about!. Take it easy!. I'm just curious!. My OCD moments include turning back around to my apt!. after 5 or 10 mins of driving because I didn't remember if I turned off the oven and getting out of bed and checking the locks on my doors (among many many others)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here are just a few of mine (I really do have obsessive-compulsive disorder):
-My left foot must cross the cracks in the sidewalk, the thresholds in the house, etc!.
-I must put my right shoe on first!. Always!.
-I always check to make sure the car is locked before I leave it, several times!.
-When I make a typographical error, I can't just backspace the error out!. I have to backspace the entire word out and start it over!.
If I don't do these things (among many others), I have an overwhelming fear that something bad will happen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I tend to count things, like if I'm chopping vegetables or something and I have no idea why!. My boyfriend checks his alarm clock (keeps clicking it to see if it's on the right time) around 20 times before he goes to bed!. The irony is he's ALWAYS awake at least an hour before it goes off!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I count things constantly!. 1 - 10 all day long!. When I get nervous it gets really bad, I can completely blank out, counting things like the patters on walls!. I also repeat things constantly in my head!. Somebody will say something and I will say it ten times in my head!. That's just a couple out of a lot of things I do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My stepdad has like a cleaning OCD, so he clean the saltshaker on a daily basis!. Not including the Washer and dryer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
