If you live by the beach you could go for a walk at the beach, if not you could get a large container put some warm water in it and salt, soak you feet in it for about 15 minuted everyday, It works wonders, It was recommended by a doctor!. Plus you could also use Lamasil, but even without it, it still works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
As gross as this sounds, if you are in the shower, pee on your feet!. I swear it works! I used to teach Gym and a few guys and girls told me thats all that they could do to get it gone!. Also, Gold bond foot spray and powder works miracles (I used to use that when I had that problem or I would spray my feet with Aqua net hair spray and walk around for a while without !.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
I just went to the drugstore, and the pharmacist showed me three, 2 reduce symptoms, 1 gets rid of it!. Lamisil!. I had it in my hand and bought the generic!. (Yesterday) I am 98 % better today! I posted a link for the on the web natural remedies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
go to any drugstore and just get a cream or powder for athletes foot!. also put baby powder in your shoes and let them sit for a few hours then tap the excess powder out!. itll kinda somehow clean the germs out of the shoe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
