Food really does matter in terms of preventing aging!. They include fruits, vege and those that contain high antioxidants!. My lecturer manage to maintain healthy young looking skin even though she is now in her late 40!. Her secret!? she revealed to us that she eats lots of fruits and research shows that fruits contain lots of antioxidants!.
