what would cause a constant nosebleed that bleeds on/off throughout the day!? [with quite a heavy flow, too]

Nose bleeds can be caused by many things!. Such as allergies, infections, or dryness that cause itching and lead to picking of the nose and it will bleed,
rough, constant nose blowing that ruptures superficial blood vessels in the elderly and in the young!.
Clotting disorders that run in families or are due to medications!.
You can prevent reacurring nose bleeds by keeping your nostrils moist, like when you are in the shower, breathe deeply!. Try putting petroleum jelly on the inside of the nose!.(Vaseline will work the best!.)
