Question: I have been getting vertigo for around 4 years , is this normal!?

My mother gets vertigo once in a rare while!. It's happened perhaps about 5 times over the last 10 years or so, and for her, the dizziness and nausea she gets can last between a couple of days to over a week!. It's an awful thing when it happens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
u may get ur Hemoglobin content checked!.!.

check your cervical bones
vertigo is common if u do something, like reading or cooking by lowering your neck!.!.
if a gap comes in the cervical vertebrae, in your report, then u'll have to take proper precautions, like
1!. using NO PILLOW during sleeping
2!. avoiding carrying anything quite heavy
3!. avoiding lowering your neck down!.
certain exercises may also help
like raising your arms in front of u, (keep ur neck straight up) and then revolving ur wrists in a circular way!.!.
my mom has this problem since fourteen years!.!.
but she has to keep these precautions
