Question: Contagious-ness of strep throat!?
okay i've had strep throat for 5 or 6 days!. ive been on antibiotics for 3 days!. how long before i'm not contagious!? if you need any additional detail, tell me in your answer, and i'll add it if possible!. thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends on how strong the infection is!. It spreads through airbourne droplet e!.g!. sneezing, so even if you take anti-biotics, you might have sneezed into you hand a couple of days a go before you opened a door!. So the virus could be spreading out around you depending on hygiene habits!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
They say if you've been taking the antibiotics correctly for 24 hours you are no longer contagious!. But is there proof to this!? I don't know!. I wouldn't go around tongue kissing anyone until you've finished your course of antibiotics!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well until ur completely cured!.!.!.i had it a few yrs back and it got so bad i had my tonsles removed and even after i got them removed i still had to be careful who i was around!.!.!.so wait til ur 100% cured ok hunWww@Answer-Health@Com
