I have asthma!?!

Question: I have asthma!!?

I have asthma, and when ever I go up north it gets real bad, and like every time, I end up in the hospital!
I am 13,and I have had it since I was 7, and I was wondering what causes asthma!. I hate that I have it!!! I am about to go up north, and I was wondering if I can get some non-prescription related stuff, to make me feel better!?!? Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have had asthmas since baby!. I am going 36 now!. I will get asthma attacks usually during summer!. I hate it but swimming helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
