He had heart disease, but in the postmortem report says
cardiac arrest!. it also says found fruty fluid in the wind pipe!. He was eating fruit salad at that time!. Is there any chance he could have choked while eating fruit salad!.which led to cardiac arrest!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It might be possible to start choking, and due to the anxiety, have a heart attack!.
However, that is extremely unlikely due to the fact that the postmortem says fruity 'fluid' implying that the food was already partially digested!.
Therefore, it is more likely that he went into cardiac arrest, and as a result coughed up some of the food he had just ate!.
And, as you said he had heart disease but died of a heart attack!. That is a common outcome of heart disease I'm afraid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Choking wouldn't cause cardiac arrest!. There are particular signs of choking death!. the medical examiner would have listed choking as the cause of death if that had been the case!. It's more likely that when the person felt the first pain of heart problem they enhaled some of the food that was in their mouth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
When a person goes in to Cardiac Arrest they can vomit, so that is why there was something in his wind pipe!. Understand!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
