When will I get better?!
Question: When will I get better!?
I've had the flu for 10 days and I still feel bad!. I'm starting to feel emotional and not being able to go outside or do something is driving me crazy!. I'll try to go do something but it ends up making me feel weaker or makes my fever come back!.
I've never had the flu!. How long in general does this sickness last!? Is there anything I can do to help my body get better!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off flu is a serious illness!. People think that oh it is just like a cold!. It is not! People die by the thousands from flu
every year!. There is nothing to do that will make it go away faster only time will heal it!. I had a bad case of the flu a
couple of years ago!. I was off work for three weeks and didn't feel better for another three weeks!. You have to look after yourself!. You are obviously not recovered if you do something and you spike a fever!. You have probably already heard this but make sure you drink a lot of fluids and eat regularly!. If you don't have much of an appetite try eating just small amounts of food!. With fevers you can take Tylenol or aspirin for that!.
Chill out or you will make yourself worse and then it will last
