It takes more than a couple of hours for most sexually transmitted diseases to evidence symptoms!. It could be that you are just a little sore from the sex if you haven't had it very much up until now!. You might have a bladder infection (unrelated to sex) !.Also, the nausia could be related to stress caused by worrying about it!.

pain during urination is a probable sign of UTI (urinary tract infection) but then, just to be safe, go to your doctor and eat/drink acid ash foods (all fruits except cranberries, prunes and plums)!.
