Answers:
It would depend what type you have but my nan has diabetes and she eats Weight Watchers yoghurts as they a low in sugar!. They are often on special offer, and there's lots of different types and flavours too :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get the Dannon Light 'n Fit ones!. They are only a 1/2 cup but also only 45 calories! Even a couple of them would be just fine!. Most grocery stores now have a store brand version of the low-sugar/nonfat yogurts!.!.!.they are often a good buy!. Remember that you don't have to totally avoid sugar!.!.!.there is sugar in almost everything, including milk and vegetables!. The focus should be on learning how to count your carbs and stay within the limits set for each meal by your doctor!. I'm assuming you're Type 2, if you're Type 1 just give yourself the corresponding amount of insulin based on the ratios your doc gave you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi
I buy Mountain High yogurt!. It is zero fat!. That is important
to me!. This one does not have a lot of sugar!. It has
17g of sugar!.
Cholesterol 5 mg
sodium 180 mg
potassium 570
carbohydrates 18 g
protein 12 g I have it for dessert with a tablespoon of jam!.

Most light yogurts are lower in sugar and carbs!. I like Yoplait Light because the flavors are better, but they are also a bit higher than most light yogurts in their carb count!. Breyer's Light and Dannon Light & Fit are also very good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have diabetes and eat yogurt almost every day!. My favorite is Breyers light!. It's a nice healthy snack and the fruit in them satisfies the craving for something sweet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
