A skin problem you probably have?!

Question: A skin problem you probably have!?
i'm sure that like 80% of the population have it!. it's where you get sort os red bumps on the back of your upper arms or anywhere else, like thighs etc!. and i have it, i hate it soo much!!! i also have quite dry, rough skin, i do scrub it and moisturise, possibly not enough, but what can i do to get rid of the bad skin!!?! when i get cold, it goes a very red or slightly purple or it just gets like a sort of purplish spider web look to it, like you can see my veins, but not really!. i know this probably sounds worse than it is and kinda creepy and i don't make much sense but i hope you know what i mean and can help me!
thanks xxxWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Are the bumps a bit like having permanent goose bumps!? If they are you might have a condition known as hyperfollicular keratitis!. If you try to get more omega 3 and 6 into your diet, through diet and supplements, it should disappear in 1-3 months!.

Also, don't "scrub" your skin too hard, it will react badly if you treat it too harshly!. Just exfoliate gently with sea salt or sugar when you shower (use a natural product to avoid any aggravation)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh i thought the same thing as you!.
I had and have it on my upperarms!. So eventually it turned me crazy (it itched very bad too!.!. ) and talked to a dermatologist!. She said it was a slight eczema and all you have to do is grease it up!.
What she told me though, is don't use the common bodylotions to cure it, they contain perfumes and that dries it out even more!. So just use plain vaseline, and trust me it works!. Don't scrub it, dries it out worse too!.

When it started getting better i started using baby lotion on a oil base and that works great too! but start out with vaseline or eucerin's aquaphor!

Hope it works!! Cause it turned me crazy too!! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
