I get really bad dizzy spells randomly!. They just happen, not cuz im dehydrated, or clastraphobic!. Please Help!. I dont take any medication, or anything elseWww@Answer-Health@Com

speak to your doctor!.!. she/he will probably ask about stress!.!. changes in diet, activity!.!. what you are doing when the spells happen!.!. they will probably check blood to see if you have vitamin or other deficiencies!. you could have vertigo!.!.!. which is an inner ear issue!.!. Dr will give you a drop for that!.!.

You could have an undiagnosed health problem!. I used to get them all the time when I was in high school!. A few of the times I eventually passed out or got really close to it!. Mine went away without help, but then again I also had a few life changing events that I think triggered their stop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
