Fritzl is being held in an Austrian prison for another month!. Investigators are still uncovering evidence to be used in this case!. This is good!. I hope they don't give him time-served off the mandatory 15 yrs in Austria!. In fact, I propose they make his cell no larger than 4!.5 m x 4!.5m, like the one his daugther, Elisabeth, lived in for 9 years!. He allowed her to enlarge the chamber, forcing her to dig out the chambers by hand, working for hours at a time over nearly a decade, after she gave birth to the first 2 of his 7 children!.
As for Mr Fritzl not wanting to leave his jail cell to get some exercise in the yard, I don't blame him!. Having kept his daughter in prison for 24 years and on a dog leash the first 9 months is horrible!. Perhaps he is frightened as to what his fellow inmates might do to him if they get the opportunity!. In this country his inmates would have him marked for death in prison for his treatment of children!.
It's obvious that the crime was planned, and on this grounds I don't see how he can claim insanity!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
