What's wrong with my head? Please help..?!
Question: What's wrong with my head!? Please help!.!.!?
I am a 14 year old girl!. For about two months I have been experiencing a slight pain on the upper left side of my head!. It is a very small area, and usually I feel this pain several times a day and it lasts for about 10-20 minutes!. Recently my memory hasn't been as good as usual: I have trouble finding the right words especially and remembering really recent events!. I also missed my last period (it is now almost three weeks later)!. Also, I don't know if this is related, but that left side of my head feels really tight a lot of the time!.
Is something wrong with me!? Could this be a tumor, or is it just anxiety!?
Thanks a lotWww@Answer-Health@Com

To be perfectly honest, no one on her is going to be able to give you a correct answer, for something like this you really need to see a doctor, not that it's necessarily serious!. Its really common for 14 year old girls to miss a period or two, so that's nothing to worry about, and your headaches might just be tension headaches, but that doesn't mean the definitely are!. Tell your parents you think you need to see a doctor and have a professional check you out!.
don't wait either, even in the small chance it is something serious, its better to catch a problem asap so your doctor can give you the best help possible!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi Hayley
Neila is correct, no one on this site can diagnose what you have!. IF you have a brain tumour (which by the way, is VERY unlikely) you certainly won't feel a lump - it would be inside your skull!. It could be lots of things like tension, growning pains, various medical conditions and missing a period probably has no connection!. Stop worrying and go to your doctor, if it is something medical the sooner you get help the better and if it's not something medical you no longer have to worry!.
Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
