it is a very normal pressure!. in order to know what is your baseline, you need to check it once a day and record it for about a week and see if it stays within that range!. the systolic pressure (top number) should be between 90-140 and the diastolic pressure (bottom number) should be between 60-90!. it is also a good idea to ask your parents and grandparents if they have high-blood pressure or if it runs in the family!. it will help you to know so that you can give the doctor your background!. hope this helps!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
A perfect blood pressure is 120/80 so yours is not too bad slightly elevated but not cause for alarm that can be lowered easily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
