Do you think that the United States will have Bioterrorism?!

Question: Do you think that the United States will have Bioterrorism!?
Answers:
As of 2008 the US has already experienced bioterrorism!. After the September 11th attacks there was anthrax mailed to politicians!. Anthrax is a bacteria (a bacillus form) that can harm the human body in a number of ways, the most dangerous being inhalational/ respiratory anthrax!.

If you mean, do we think that there will be a future event!? The answer is more than likely yes!.

In fact, the US government believes so as well!. I am a student at the SUNY Albany School of Public Health in New York State, I attend this school because of it's affiliation with the NYS dept of health!. I was the recipient of a fellowship (Biodefense and emerging infectious disease) that trains graduate students about diseases that can be used as bioterrorism agents, and the methodology that our country has in place to prevent, identify and control events that may or have occurred!.

Here is a list of things that are feared as the possible agents: Botulism in the water supply
Anthrax again
Ricin toxin (from castor beans)
Abrin Toxin (from another plant)
Smallpox (this is supposed to be erradicated but the US and Russia still have samples- Russia's samples may have fallen into the wrong hands after the dissolution of the USSR!.!.!. no one really knows where all of them went!.!.!. also a huge problem since the world is no longer vaccinating against this virus)
Plague (Yersinia pestis)- it is still a problem in the western US with rodents carrying it!.!.!. but if released into a city the spread could rampant and overwhelm the medical infrastructure

If you're interesting in how the US plans to control any attacks you should look up biodefense programs!.!.!. The New York State program attached to the dept of health has excellent resources!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
