How to prevent fainting/dizzy spells?!

Question: How to prevent fainting/dizzy spells!?
I have been having these dizzy near fainting spells!. Doesn't always matter what I am doing!.!.!.standing up, sitting down, or walking!. Black dots form in front of my eyes, blood rushes from my head, and I have to hold on to something or I will fall over!. This happens at work especially, where I am in an office!. I constantly am finding myself leaning against the file cabinets or laying my head on my desk for a few moments!. Do you have any recommendations to prevent this, or perhaps know some reasons for this dilemma!?
I know that dehydration is a cause of this, but I normally drink a lot of water/juice throughout the day!. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!. Thanks everyone!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have this same problem, I went to the doctors and I have low blood pressure this is a main cause of the fainting and dizzy spells!. It can also be a result of anemia and other medical diseases!. There may be a more serious underlying cause for this problem!. I am still undiagnosed, I went to the doctors and had blood work done - during which I fainted and my blood pressure plumeted!. The only conclusive results were low urea!. It may also be pregnancy as this causes low blood pressure in some!. So go to the doctors and get full blood work done, keep your fluid intake high, and try to elevate your head while sleeping!. I really help there will be something conclusive with your results so you can treat it!. I just have to wait until something happens or if symptoms persist which they have!.!.!. they can figure it out!.

Also healthy diet and exersize is important, a cliche, but important so try that too!.

But full blood work would be the most conclusive way to go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds very serious, and I think you should see the doctor asap!. the first thoght that came to me was dehydration, but u explored that already!. It could be number of things!. Have u changed your eating habits, have you started or stopped a medication regime, are u stressed or pregnant!? There is a type of hypotension that causes fainting when changing positions!. For example if you were sitting down for hours than you suddenly stand up, this can cause dizziness!. In this case you should avoid sudden changes in position!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
