Question: Can anyone help !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.symptoms!?
Can anyone suggest why i have these symptoms!?
-tiredness
-cold hands and feet with pins and needles
-irratlble
-bad circulation
-slow recovery from infection and cuts
-reduced appitite
Also recently i have got a bad cough which is uncommen for me!.
btw i am not anemic!.

Reynold's or bad circulation to hand or feet causing them to react to cold weather or liquid like holding a glass of ice water causes hands to turn white and feel numb, then turn red to blue as blood returns to that area the tiredness could be fibromyalgia,also Lupus may be considered!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

See your doctor, it could be a deficiency in your diet!. Vitamin B-12 and low iron also has some of the same symptoms!. Respiratory infections do as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i would get checked again for anemia
