Can anyone read/translate a Holt Monitor preliminary report?!

Question: Can anyone read/translate a Holt Monitor preliminary report!?
It's been 3 days and I stil haven't herd from my doctor and I really would like to know what all this "gobble-d-****" is!. My paper work looks like this:
1!. Basic mechanism
2!. HR 53-132, average 81!.
3!. Very rare PVC's!. 1/24hrs, no VTach
4!. Occasional PAC's, 13 runs SVT, max rate 114!.
5!. No pauses noted!.
6!. Diary returned!. Symptoms of dizziness, heart racing corellate mostly with sinus rhythm!.

Conclusion: Abnormal due to occasional PAC's and SVT's!. Symptoms not clearly correlated!.

Line by line I only have a slight idea of what the report is talking about!. Can someone please provide me some insight!? Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Basically, it is telling you that the symptoms that you reported of dizziness and racing heart happened when your heart was functioning normally!.
Your average heart rate for the duration of the monitoring period was 81 with a range of 53 to 132!.
You had one PVC or premature ventricular contraction!. That is not that unusual!. If a person had these frequently, then they might cause some symptoms and require treatment!.
You had occasional PAC's or premature atrial contractions!. This happens when the top part of the heart contracts or tries to beat again before the normal regular time for it to!.
You had 13 runs of SVT or supraventricular tachycardia which means that your heart rate was elevated to a maximum of 114
on 13 different occasions!. SVT means that the initiating source of the fast heart rate originated above the ventricles!. You did not have any episodes of your heart pausing, or skipping beats!.
Sometimes, a physician will treat the SVT but the rest of it is ok!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You doctor should give you the proper info but here is a little bit of info!. Basically your heart rate goes from a little bit slow to a little bit fast; this is completely ok and normal!.

No ventricular tachycardia, excellent!.

A few premature complexes of the atria and ventricals and this is usually ok and creates no serious problems in most people!.

SVT is supraventricular tachycardia and can be a bit dangerous if it goes on but usually fixed with a mild drug!.

You may need some form of heart medication to slow it down if your SVT is causing a drop in blood pressure and is the cause of dizziness!. But more info is needed as well as a good look at your history and a proper medical examination!.
