that is a myth, "lie bumps" are caused by one of your teeth being too sharp and irritating your tongue!.
Try not to rub it on your teeth or anything else in your mouth
it will get better in a few days!.!. I know how bad those damn things hurt! The next time you go to dentist have him look and see if any of your teeth are too sharp
