Question: Vitamin E gel pill on the skin!?
I bought one Vitamin E 400 I!.U (dl-Alpha*) from the store and I thought the way to use it is to pop out the gel and spread it on my skin, and I did that over night and my skin is turning black, so I red the direction on the back, and the how to use list said I were suppose to swallow it with water!. Am I in big trouble!? Does it going to affect my skin!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your skin is turning black it's not from the vitamin E!.
I did this all the time for my skin and the results are great!. You can take it by mouth or break the capsules open!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
