You can buy sugar free candy at lots of stores and drug stores!. But beware!.!.!.!.!.!.most of them are high in carbs which can be just as bad as sugar!. Most of the sugar free candy is made with sugar alcohol!. It does not increase blood sugar readings, but the carbs that is usually in the candy will definately raise the sugar!. Sugar free candy is not a good choice !.It causes tummy troubles and often has as many carbs as regular candy!.

Just count your carbs!.It's as simple as that!.

My husband is diabetic but loves sweets so I go to WinCo or Club foods stores and they have those big bulk food bins with all kinds of truly sugar free dietetic candies and even chocolates!. The carmels are especially good - but as will all sugar free candy you need to be careful because if you eat too many it can cause diarrhea!

anywhere! because if something says sugar-free than BY LAW the candy has to be sugar free or the company can get sued for false advertising!.!.!. whats actually in sugar free candy is an imitation sugar called sometimes Sucralose, Isomalt, and aspertame!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
