Hi Babydoll, (cool name)!
My first thought is you're not getting enough of the complex B vitamins!. Besides the B12 shot, which is good, you should also be taking the whole realm of the B family!.!.B6, B12, biotin too!. When you become low on a mineral (or vitamin), it can sometimes take many months of having that added each day before your blood serum 'catches up!.' It's not uncommon for a year to go by until you are registering on a normal level!.
You might try additional calcium as well; it won't hurt and just might help a bit, although you should always talk to your doctor first!.
Good luck and I hope this helps!.

I would go get a second opinion!. If a lump on your leg is getting bigger over time, then I would want an explanation as to why this is happening and what it is!.
According to the website below, sore muscles, cramps, etc!. are a symptom of an underactive thyroid!. Talk to the new doctor about if he thinks you need medication to treat your thyroid also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Best thing is to go back to your doctor and ask for advice!.
It might be related to your current condition or it might be something totally different!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
