Answers:
Its not only food but also your attitude that plays a part in your level of blood sugar!. Eating healthy means that you will have to avoid all fried foods, ice creams, and other oily foods!. Regular exercise like brisk walking for about 45 minutes a day is important!. Medication is extremely important!. Consult your doctor for a diet plan and exercise!. Diabetes is not to be worried about if you are willing to make some life style adjustments!. Good Luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your young then it could be hormones that makes your bsl go up and down
Healthy BSL should be:
0 - 3 = low
4 - 8 = EXCELLENT
9 - 12 = not so good, but not terrible
13+ = too highWww@Answer-Health@Com

Be sure to have a good amount of fiber in your diet, or take a fiber supplement!. Fiber helps your body to absord sugar more slowly, preventing a lot of the ups and downs!.

Avoid simple sugar, and especially refined sugar, if at all possible!. Eat high-fiber, whole grains, and eat in small portions, spread out over time, rather than a large meal all at once!.

Water helps your body regulate blood sugar, as does exercise!.

So eat healthy, drink lots of water, exercise, and avoid meals with a large amount of carbohydrates in them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

80 to 120 for it to go up and down it's not in control you need to see a diabetic doctor and let them get you on the right trackWww@Answer-Health@Com
