Question: I think I am addicted to sugar!? I always want some sort of sweets!?
I always want some sort of sweets!. I soemtimes want them in the morning!. I eat sugar everyday!. I have dessert like 3 times a day!? What should I do!. Ive tried stopping and I feel better but then i just cave in :(Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sugar is addicting and sounds like you are addicted to it!. We all crave something sweet sometimes though!. If you want to lose you re addiction you have to stop eating sugar totally for at least 6 weeks!. That includes carbs!. Basically nothing white!. No bread, white potatoes, rice or pasta!. The cards just turn to sugar!. Try eating 100% whole grains, lots of vegetables (except corn and green peas), one or two peices of fruit a day (except oranges,pineapple and bannana) and proteins!. It will take a while but you will eventually lose your cravings!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if you can try to eat sugarless sweets!. Try dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate!. Also slowly take yourself off!. Except of having it 3 times have it 2 times then slowly 1 time a day, then 3 times a week, then 2 times a week, etc!. Also try ans supplement the crave for sweetness with something else like when you want something sweet go for a run, workout, read a book, or just eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

after reading your question im led to think that we all have a bit of a "sweet tooth" but as you know sugar isnt always a great thing to eat!. when you hear the word "sugar" you think of candys and chocolate but in reality alot of the things people eat to stay in shape do have sugars, for egsample: fruits have natural sugar in them, natural sugar is very good for our bodys and give us energy that will last all day!. the sugars in things like candy will indeed give us energy but it is short lived and will burn out quickly leaving you tierd and slugish!. friut also taist very good! try eating dried fruit or an apple when ever you start to crave cand or sweets, if you make good chioses in your diet you will feal an increes in energy, loose wiat, and do better at work or school!. fruit may not seem quite as good as candy now but the rewards of chooseing fruit over a snickers bar will pay off in the long run!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
