Plz help guys!!!!!!!! i'm having serious skin problems!!!!!!!?!
Question: few days back i recovered from a normal fever, but since then my skin has gone bad! after the fever, my skin has been very very dry...when i touch the skin on my face & neck it feels really coarse & rough! my friends say it might be a drug allergy from the medicine i took during my fever, is it possible? i have tried many creams & stuff, but it hurts a lot when i apply it on my face. the skin on my face is peeling off......i have a big prom nite coming up real soon.....plz can you ppl tell me wat to do abt it? plzzzzzzzzzz

Typical side effects from most prescribed medicines have dry skin listed, you couldve been allergic as your friends have said to the medicine that you took for your illness.
What I do suggest is seeing a Doctor and in the meantime, dont use soap to wash your face, use a non fragranced face wash and pat your face dry with the towel lightly.
Dont use any other face products including cosmetics, instead try a fragrance free moisturiser to help maintain the moisture in the skin. Your skin on your face is more delicate and therefore requires a gentle hand, so with that in mind, make sure you seek medical help to help clear any after effects from the medicines.

Skin rashes can mean many things,usually they are not serious but some skin rashes can be VERY serious,so you should check with your doctor or a skin doctor..Have you tried baby lotions? Those work great and perfect for someone with agitated skin.

u wont believe but baby rash cream helped best- apply it after very 4 hours.
also massage ur face twice with baby oil or olive oil.
u can also put little milk cream for half hour

Check with the doctor that the meds you had did not contribute to this. In the meantime, do you get sudocreme where you are (nappy cream)? I use it for every thing. Any rashes, sores, my teenagers acne etc. Very soothing.
If your skin is peeling, then it sounds like an allergy.
For the bath, use aqueous cream. You put it in the bath. People who have bad eczema use it. Telephone doctor as soon as possible.
